Whether your car breaks down or you need routine maintenance, trust an AAA Approved Auto Repair Facility. AAA Approved Auto Repair Facilities meet our highest standards for automotive repairs and maintenance.
While some AAA Approved Auto Repair facilities may offer additional services, each provide the following minimum basic services:
| * | Light Mechanical: Including repair or replacement of belts, hoses, fluids, thermostat replacement, normal brake service (not including anti-lock braking system diagnostics and repair), and convenience services such as wiper system and headlight repairs.

| * | Electrical Starting/Charging: 12-volt diagnostics and service, battery, alternator, lamps and fuses.
|
| * | Tire Service: Tire changes, replacement and repairs.
|
|
|
| |
| * | Each facility retains highly qualified automotive technicians who are certified by the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (or equivalent).
|
| * | Upon request you will be provided a written estimate. The cost of work performed will not exceed the written estimate by more than 10% unless authorized by you in advance.
|
| * | Repairs, including parts and labor, are guaranteed by the facility for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first (unless otherwise noted on the repair order).
|
| * | Many facilities also participate in the Show Your Card & Save program, which offers additional savings.
|
| * | As evidence of the work performed, all replaced parts will be returned to you upon request, with the exception of those that must be returned to the manufacturer under a warranty or exchange program.
|
| * | In the event that you are unable to reach a repair dispute resolution with an AAA Approved Auto Repair facility, AAA will investigate and mediate the case. The AAA Approved Auto Repair facility will accept AAA's decision. |
